Résumé : Dans un monde en pleine métamorphose, accélérée depuis la pandémie de COVID-19, l’intelligence artificielle (IA) générative bouscule les repères éducatifs, sociaux et économiques. Les tables rondes du CCIC & CNFU se sont penchées sur les enjeux éthiques, la place de l’humain et la formation des jeunes.

You will find below the presentation made by the CCIC at the 2025 International Forum of Catholic-inspired Organizations, which took place in Rome from November 26 to 28, 2025. This presentation on the theme « impacts of artificial intelligence and human dignity » incorporates elements from the CCIC’s brochure (in French) on « How to educate for a responsible use of artificial intelligence? ».

Summary : In a world experiencing deep transformation—accelerated notably by the COVID-19 pandemic—generative artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping educational, social, and economic norms. Through three CCIC & CNFU round tables, we sought to explore questions of ethics, the role of human beings, and the education of young people, with the goal of formulating key recommendations to guide discernment moving forward.
